We are seeking a motivated and proactive Textile International Trade Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth on the global stage.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage International Sales Platforms: Oversee the company’s presence on B2B platforms such as Alibaba, ensuring that product listings are optimized, rankings are improved, and visibility is enhanced to attract potential clients.
2.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively pursuing new business opportunities. Provide timely quotations, ensure effective communication, and follow up regularly to meet customer needs.
3.Market Expansion: Leverage B2B platforms and trade networks to identify and engage potential customers in international markets. Actively work to expand the customer base and generate new leads.
4.Order Coordination: Independently manage the order process, collaborating with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
5.Sales Strategy Development: Analyze customer needs and market trends to create customized sales strategies that maximize conversion rates and enhance sales performance.
6.Monitor Competitors and Market Trends: Stay informed about industry developments and competitors to continuously refine strategies, improve sales tactics, and boost order-to-inquiry conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in International Trade, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with B2B trading platforms such as Alibaba, with a strong understanding of international trade practices.
Fluent in business English (both written and spoken), with strong reading and writing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset.
