Job Responsibilities:
1.Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing daily sales operations, including updating customer information, processing orders, and maintaining product listings on various sales platforms.
2.Customer Communication: Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, assist with quotations, and follow up on orders to ensure a positive customer experience.
3.Order Processing: Help coordinate orders with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.
4.Market Research: Assist in tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support the development of effective sales strategies.
5.Administrative Tasks: Support the team with various administrative duties, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer records, and organizing sales meetings and presentations.
6.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in International Trade, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the sales field.
